(1) The committee meeting shall be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman of the committee.
(2) The chairman of the committee will preside over the meeting. In his absence, the members present in the meeting will preside over the member chosen from among themselves.
(3) If fifty percent of the total members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting will be considered.
(4) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and if there is a tie, the chairman of the committee can give the deciding vote.
(5) The decision of the Committee shall be verified by the Secretary of the Committee (6) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
